Resilience means having the skills to be better able to adapt to the inevitable stresses of everyday life.

When life difficulties, adversity or even trauma strikes, you may experience a range of challenging thoughts and negative emotions.

  • Resilience is more than just coping with life’s challenges on your own however; being able to reach out to others for support is a key component of being resilient, as is learning from failure.
